All artwork will be shipped in the order it was received. We do our best to ship all orders within 3-4 business days once processing is completed. Once completed, a tracking number will arrive via email attached to the specific order number. Most orders arrive within 7-15 business days. Some delay may occurred due to weather and/or restrictions.
I Ordered My Artwork, What Do I Do Now?
Due to the high volume of emails we receive, we are unable to respond to all enquiries regarding shipping times. Once your order is dispatched, an automated email with tracking information will be sent to the email provided at check out.
Please expect shipping delays due to the impact of Covid-19 on postal services worldwide. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please be mindful that shipping delays are out of the control of small businesses worldwide and we are unable to speed up the shipping process for you. We have no control over shipping delays once order is processed.

We are not responsible for returned packages due to non-payment of import fees by the buyer. Please contact us if this happens and we will work with you to get you your precious artwork.
