Metamorphosis
Animal Spirit (mini series - 3/4): While working on creating my art collection for 25 Days Of Minis, I noticed subtle changes in my mental state. With the completion of each painting, I felt more at peace; a calming sensation I had not felt in decades. I couldn’t explain what was happening to me. I had not made any recent changes in my life, except that I started embracing my disabilities and not let it drown me.
About the art: I’ve hit different stages while dealing with my mental health struggles; some are good, some not so much, and sometimes it’s a repeating “endless” cycle. I focus on the ultimate goal, to re-transform from a depressed soul into the joyful person I once was.
Details: Original acrylic painting, on cradle panel (1/2), 6x6 inches, framed (1.5”), ready to hang.
