Trust The Process

Animal Spirit (mini series - 4/4): While working on creating my art collection for 25 Days Of Minis, I noticed subtle changes in my mental state. With the completion of each painting, I felt more at peace; a calming sensation I had not felt in decades. I couldn’t explain what was happening to me. I had not made any recent changes in my life, except that I started embracing my disabilities and not let it drown me.

About the art: I tried to do it alone, without professional help but I just continued falling deeper into despair. I seek help and although I don’t do well with medications, I compromised until I was able to stand on my own two feet. I trusted the process and I’m proud to say it was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

Details: Original acrylic painting, on cradle panel (1/2), 6x6 inches, framed (1.5”), ready to hang.
