Honor (mini series - 1/5): Military pilot's helmet (WW2 Era) accessorized by a set of military issue goggles (GWOT Era). Reflecting on the goggles is the image of a Service Member kneeling with hand resting on a rifle. This represents a memorial of a fallen down brother/sister in arms.

As a service member, there are no words to describe the loss of a battle buddy. Throughout my military career this happened in a numerous of ways and the one commonality is that nobody is ever ready for such tragedy. No one sheds any tears, it gets battled inside because there is nothing funny when a Soldier cries.

Details: Original acrylic painting, 8x8 inches, on cradle panel (1/2), framed (1.5"), ready to hang.
